A spacious bedroom, with a double-size bed and a private bathroom (toilet, shower and bath). The flat is 105 meter square, with an open-style kitchen next to the living room. It has two separate toilets and showers. The flat benefits from under floor heating, TV, broadband internet, lift, dish washer, washing machine etc... All bills included rent 630.

The other room is rented to a software developer professional, 42 years old, working in a bank. I used to share the flat with him for more than two years but I am moving in to my partner and want to rent out this room. I am looking for someone who can make a compatible company with current lodger.

Rate for stays less than 1 months: £250 per week.
Rate for stays between 1 and 3 months: £200 per week.
