It is also situated beside the corner of Byres and Great Western Road, so is ideal for shopping, nightlife and other amenities. The city centre is also very accessible, as the flat is within a 5-minute walk from the Subway, and right beside bus routes to the city centre.

The other tenants are all 2nd-year UofG students.

Fast wifi and insurance are already in place and cost a combined £14 per month per tenant. Bathroom supplies such as toilet roll and shampoo, but the majority of other things are done individually (like food shopping or things for individuals alone such as replacement light bulbs etc)
