The property is situated on a quiet area of Glasgow minutes from the SCC and exhibition centre train station is less than 5 minute walk . The virgin Gym is on a 2 minute walk and there are many great bars, restaurants only a few minutes walk away in busy Finneston area. The flat has 3 bedroom one on the ground floor and 2 upstairs , the lower floor room is locked for myself at the weekend only, the place is split over 2 levels and is carpeted throughout apart from in the kitchen and bathroom.

There is a 55" Sony 54in LED TV with netflix and also various streaming sites. There are 2 sofas, a dining table and coffee table. The living room is large with access to the balcony

Fully equipped with everything you might need. You have use of all of the appliances such as the cooker, toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine etc.

There are 2 bathrooms, one on each level.

BEDROOM
This double room is fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, 2 large chests of drawers and Arial connection for a TV . It is warm and fully carpeted with a window . wi if is fitted and works well in all rooms .

BILLS
All bills are included in your rent. These include council tax, electricity, gas and wireless broadband. We also have the communal areas cleaned once a week and the cost of this is included in your rent.

LOCATION
The Scottish Exhibition Centre (SECC) is 5 minutes walk away along with the BBC and STV offices. The excellent transport links give easy access to the centre via the SECC train station or from the many buses that travel down Argyle Street. .

SUPERMARKETS
2 minute to Tesco and 5 to Sainsburys supermarket.

ATTRACTIONS
Too many to list, All museums are free in Glasgow, Kelvingrove Art Museum should not be missed and its only 10 minutest walk away. The SECC, Hydro and Glasgow Science Centre are all very close.

WEST END
There are many fine cafes, restaurants and pubs located literally 3 minutes walk away in the Finnieston area of Argyle Street. There are some wonderful places to eat here with so many options such as Japanese, Korean, Scottish, Italian, Chinese, Asian, Indian and even a well known Vegan bar.
