Looking to rent out a double bed room in my two bedroom ground floor flat. Bedroom comes fully furnished with double bed, desk, chair, bed side unit and built in mirrored wardrobes.

Flat has two bathrooms - so there's a bit of separation there with bathroom usage. The bathroom available for usage by the tenant has a shower and bath.

The flat comes equipped with fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, TV, desktop computer and wired and wireless internet.

Flat is located within a mile of a Lidls, Tesco, Farmfoods, Gregg's and Subway. Trains directly to Glasgow (20 minute train journey) and Edinburgh (40 minute train journey) available at either Holytown or Carfin train station, both two miles away from the flat. Access to the M8 is about three miles from the flat.

Anyone applying to be the tenant will have to come to the flat for a chat and to view the place. A deposit of £400 is required upon becoming the tenant to cover the cost of items in the room and will be returned to the tenant on termination of the room mate agreement.

About me, since we'd be living together! I'm Ewan, a 28 year old Mechanical Design Engineer who studied at the University of Strathclyde and have a degree in Product Design Engineering. I've competed in bodybuilding competitions in the past and use a portion of my time dedicated towards training. I enjoy Netflix/Audible and other forms of media on different platforms. I enjoy going out with friends and socialising. I'm a tidy person, I always try to keep on top of the flat and don't let it get out of control. I'm quiet and very rarely actually here due to work and training commitments - but will be around a lot at the weekend.
