My sister has recently moved in with her boyfriend and therefore i am looking for someone to share my three bedroom flat in Shawlands area of Glasgow's Southside. This is a traditional Glasgow tenement flat on a quiet residential street with convenient access to the Southside attractions (Hampden Stadium events, Queen's Park, as well as many Shawlands cafes/restaurants etc). Easy access to city centre by bus or train in around 10/15 mins.

About me, I am a 30 year old female doctor working full time in the city.. I am often away at work, and my evenings I spend either relaxing watching a film or at the gym. I often go out to meet friends during the week also. I have had a number of great house shares over the years at uni etc and feel its very important to have plenty of space, and also enjoy the place being clean and peaceful. The flat itself is a traditional Glasgow tenement flat on a quiet residential street with convenient access to the Southside attractions (Hampden Stadium events, Queen's Park, as well as many Shawlands cafes/restaurants etc). Easy access to city centre by bus or train in around 10/15 mins. You can also access the west end in around 15-20 mins.

The apartment comes furnished with all modern amenities, fibre optic broadband in a secure access building. The apartment also has a large neutrally decorated lounge, kitchen and large reception hall.

The rent for the ensuite room is £600 a month including bills.
