Short/Long term room Shawlands (Read description!)

I am renting out a large double bedroom in my top floor tenement flat in Shawlands from beginning Jan, for a period of 3-6 months (which will then turn into a rolling monthly contract.)

The bedroom is the largest in the flat, furnished, filled with light throughout the day and is not overlooked so feels really quiet and peaceful. There is a shared living room with dining area which gets incredible sunsets in the evenings and basically overlooks the whole of Shawlands. There is also as a large separate kitchen/dining room. It's a really beautiful and homely flat. :)

You will be sharing with my lovely housemate Louise - who is 28 from Glasgow. Myself and Louise have a part-time arrangement on her room, meaning I spend a week in the second bedroom at the flat every 4-6 weeks or so. So whoever moves in will need to be okay with this.

Looking for someone clean and friendly who we both get along well with.

Available from end December/beginning Jan.

Bills come to around £150 per month each (so £800 monthly all in). There would be a £400 deposit and contract prior to moving in
