This house is in an excellent position...there are bus stops just metres away which go up towards the hospital one direction and straight into town in the other direction. Town is also walking distance. The house is also very close to many amenities on the main Blackpool Road. There is also convenient parking.

The tenants themselves are all professionals. They are all extremely friendly and there is a great atmosphere in the house, which we would hope to preserve.

There is no smoking in the house itself, but there is a very convenient back yard for smokers.
