Double room in prof house - LA1 by train station

Hello,

My lovely housemate has just moved out, so this room is available.
Duration can be flexi, I may sell the house later in the year but undecided at present…it therefore would suit someone looking for a few months rent, such as a placement or PhD student, or someone who doesn’t need it indefinitely.

The house is a 3 story terrace house, it has a living/dining room and a 2nd reception room, which I have as my office. We therefore have lots of space and not feel like we're living on top of each other.

I'm a full-time, work from home teacher - so this definitely is a professional house, rather than a student house. Happy to have a few glasses of wine on the sofa, but not wanting house parties!

The rent is £420 - internet included. Water, gas/electric (and council tax if you pay it) split 50/50.

It's permit parking outside the house, I have a pass you can use if you need it, or if you don't have a car it's 5 minutes walk into town and 2 minutes to the train station - very well connected!

Room is furnished. It’s got a desk in but I can remove it if you want more space.

Happy for you to pop round to look at the room and have a coffee to get a feel for the house (and me!). I'm chilled and just looking for a suitably chilled housemate too!
