Rooms will be available from mid-June onwards!!!

Large terrace house with good sized living room and kitchen. Property has just been updated with new bathroom, carpets/flooring and curtains throughout.

Kitchen has all major and small appliances (washing machine/tumble dryer/fridge freezer/toaster/microwave/kettle etc) and shared living room has sofas and tv provided.

All bedrooms have a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and a wardrobe - LL is happy to remove any furniture not needed and for tenants to bring in their own.

There is one very large bedroom, one good sized (downstairs) and one slightly smaller bedroom.

Bathroom has a bath with shower over and is brand new.

To the rear is a large paved yard and there is off street (unrestricted) parking to the front.

Happy to have couples share a room and there is an added surcharge of £150 per month to cover increase in bills etc accordingly.

All bills are included.

Room rates are as follows:
Bedroom 1 - £525
Bedroom 2 - £510
Bedroom 3 - £495

With a deposit of £150 required. .

Tenants must be in full time employment and over 25 (sorry!) with proof of employment required along with at least one reference from either employer or previous Landlord etc.
