One double bedroom, own bathroom and own L/room

We have a three bedroom, three bathroom, three floored town house and we want to rent out the first floor. The first floor has a large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and bedside tables, a large family bathroom and a second bedroom which we have turned into a second living room with sky tv, a 4K HD fire stick, a king size day bed and further built in wardrobes. You will have full access to the first floor and the kitchen, you are more the welcome to use the living room down stairs but you will have to put up with Friends reruns and murder programmes! The family bathroom has the only bath so we will occasionally use it but otherwise it is all yours. We have a washer/tumble-dryer and a dishwasher, all bills are included in the price. (We get really fast WiFi!) If you are a couple the price pcm is £850. We are a neat and tidy couple and will want the same from you. We are fortunate to be a five minutes walk from Littleborough train station and get a good selection of take outs from Just Eat! We have a nice little garden with garden furniture that you are more than welcome to use.
