I am 42 years of age living in a 4 bed house. I am looking to rent out 1 of my double bedrooms to a professional working person for £125 per week, cash payment or bank transfer on a weekly basis.

You will have to be clean, quiet and respectful

The room has a double bed with bedding and 43” tv with your own full skyq package with movies and TNT sports. Large wardrobes and drawers, curtains, blinds, and carpeted through out and a key lock on the door

The room has a bathroom on your floor with toilet, shower and bath. BT full fibre broadband. You have the use of the kitchen diner with cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, pots and pans etc. you have your own separate fridge/freezer and a cupboard in the kitchen.

You have use of the back garden with patio table and chairs and bbq

You’ll need to be a clean person that keeps thing clean and tidy. I’m not cleaning up after you

off street parking

All bills included in rent.

Close to metrolink 10mins walk, supermarkets 5-10mins walk and M62 motorway
