Fantastic room in newly furnished house with all modern conveniences!!!

Set in the new lakeside country park estate, our townhouse overlooks scenic Leicestershire countryside while still being close to amenities and shops just around the corner and just a 10/15 min drive into town. There is a bus stop nearby too which one of the tenants regularly uses :)

The double room sports a double bed with mattress, 2 x wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside table, windows with curtains. Everything is there to customize, a blank canvas to make the room your own! :)

The contempory modern look kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, fan assisted oven/grill and gas hob.

The lounge has two large sofas with new 42 inch LG Smart TV. The patio doors go out into the extremely spacious garden and patio area which gets sun all throught the Summer, perfect for BBQ's and chilled out evenings outside ! :)

All bills you could think of are included (council tax, gas, electric, water, TV licence) and also includes the Sky broadband internet too at no additional cost.

We're a very social house; after work & studies, we like chilling out in front room, eating out in restaurants, watching films or playing video games, in summer we make full use of the very large back garden and frequently enjoy summer BBQ's.

We're looking for a kind considerate person who doesn't mind chilling out with us and helping out with cleaning chores now and then.
