I have a room to rent out in my home that sits in a cul-de-sac position, in Stamford I move at end of November but happy to have a short term let , I have a large kitchen and 1 bathroom with two toilets, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, and private off road parking.
There is broad band and a SMART TV and capacity to stream internet on to tv.. Music centre and radio and all the usual stuff, Im a very thoughtful and warm person who is looking for a good tenant, someone who pays on time and gives me care and thoughtfulness.
The room is double with sheets and towels provided if needed. Would like a tenant who may not be here all the time.
