Annexe For Rent..

Hello, I have an annexe for rent, available from April 22nd 2022. There is a fitted kitchen with new oven and hob and a recently fitted new en-suite... painted and carpeted throughout. The annexe has independent heating and hot water. Access to a shared utility room, with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher....The rent is £130.00 per week for single occupancy. Access to secure courtyard and gardens.... The red wallpaper has now gone, with the walls now being all magnolia..... Please be aware there is no broadband installed here as I have no need for it. There are cats here, but they won’t bother you as I’m sure you won’t bother them. This is a quiet residential area. All bills inclusive including council tax and electricity.
Please note because of the work I do, I cannot, nor will I answer the telephone, either text or email me and I will call you back ASAP. There is zero smoking or vaping in or outside the property. There is a minimum rental period of one month and a £250 deposit. Ideally the new tenant will be similar to the current one, in work, easy to get on with and no hassle.
