The £303 single room has a single wooden bed, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, wardrobe and is furnished to give plenty of storage.

The £325 (larger) single room has a single wooden bed, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, wardrobe and is furnished to give plenty of storage.

The centrally heated house is fully furnished, right through to knives and forks and ready for you to move in, all you need is your stuff and some bedding.
There is a large flat screen TV in the living room, TV points and High Speed Virgin internet in every room.
The whole house has recently been decorated and has new carpets. The lounge leads into a nice kitchen which is fully equipped and includes a dryer.
There is a very nice brand new shower room with an electric shower, so plenty of hot water, basin and toilet downstairs.
Outside at the back there is a secure rear garden with a secure outhouse if you have a bike.
The room is great for someone looking to find somewhere to stay for a while with "normal" clean considerate house mates. The room is for single occupancy by a working person.
