Beautiful, light double room in a spacious Edwardian flat looking out onto the back gardens. The flat is very quiet and Tooting Common is at the end of the road.

The room is furnished with a wooden double bed, matching chest of drawers, comfortable sofa and has a lovely original fireplace. We can provide a desk if needed.

The flat has a modern kitchen/diner, two bathrooms and access to a calming wildlife garden. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, etc.

The flat is located on the Hyde Farm Estate, a quiet conservation area. Tooting Common is at the end of the road and Tooting Lido and tennis courts are close by. Central Balham, tube and rail station, plus lots of great bars/cafes/restaurants are just 12 minutes walk away.

We are two friendly professionals (married) with a relaxed black and white cat. We are looking for a mature and friendly lodger to share our home, ideally Monday to Friday, but we are open to a full time rent.

The rent is £700 per month for a Monday to Friday let - all bills are included, along with a fortnightly cleaner. For a full time let the rent would be £750 per month.
