One washing machine wash is allowed per week and this is done by the landlord every Sat at 9am. Sorry no drier but airers will be given to you to dry your clothes in the kitchen. There is a laundrette if you prefer which is 5 mins walk from here. Shared kitchen, separate shower and toilet. Basin in the room to brush your teeth or fill with water for drinking. Water is direct from the mains. No tanks here. Air conditioner, fan on wall in room. Gas central heating.

Your family or friends can stay for £10 per night per person to cover extra use of electricity and gas for them using the shower and the extra cooking required as all bills are included. I need you to bring photocopies of all the documents. I am notmaking any photocopies as I do not have a photocopier or printer.
