Double room in sociable house share with garden

One of our housemates is moving out to go travelling so looking for someone to join our friendly house share.

We’d be looking for a young professional to move in from the beginning of February. The room is £605pcm plus bills.

Us:
Ella- civil servant, 26, interests: music, art, films.
Michael- recruiter, 26, interests: gaming, food, formula one, reading,
James, PhD student, 26, interests: climbing, cycling, music, running, sport activities.

We like spending time together whether that’s going for a drink, the occasional night out, watching tv in the house, growing veg in our cute garden or going on excursions and would be looking for someone who is also sociable.

The room:
double room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, bed, just enough space for a desk.

The house:
4 bed, with separate living/dining space, new-ish kitchen (with dishwasher), new-ish bathroom upstairs (with a pretty good shower) and toilet downstairs, garden

The location:
Just off Wandsworth Road, 12mins walk to Queenstown road station, 8mins walk to Wandsworth road station, 14mins walk to Clapham Common station, 25mins walk to Clapham Junction Station.

Bus connections from stop 2mins from our house to Westminster, Waterloo, Kensington, and more!

Also, if you love to walk it’s just under an hour to walk into Westminster (or about 20mins on a bike).

There’s a well-stocked co op petrol station two minutes away, big sainsburys, Iceland and Waitrose 15mins away, and Asda/Lidl by Clapham Junction.

Lots of green space nearby with Clapham Common and Battersea Park both about a 15min walk away.
