Master bedroom in Battersea house with garden

Hello there!

I am looking for a female flatmate to share a two-bedroom house in Battersea.

The house is an end of terrace with a small garden. The bathroom and the kitchen are massive (ideal if you like cooking). You will get the Master bedroom looking towards the back of the house (very quiet).

Amenities:
- Bills included: council tax and broadband
- Bills excluded: gas and electricity (around 50 pounds per person)
- Dishwasher and washing machine
- One of the most enormous bathtubs you will ever see
- A full-length mirror in the entrance

The room is available from the 15th December for a minimum duration of 6months.

Transport :
- Clapham Common: 17 minutes (walking)
- Wandsworth Road:: 11 minutes (walking)

Flatmate:

I am Inès, a new professional originally from Paris working in Arbitration. I am laidback and clean. I am sociable and love going for drinks, cooking dinner or watching movies. I am always up for spiritual discussions or non-sense funny chit chats but also sometimes like to keep to myself.
