Short term let available for approx 2-3 weeks, the flat is for sale so flatmates must accept potential buyers viewing the room/flat, if interested reply with info about yourself.

Single room for one person in quiet, non smoking, first floor flat within a block. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed, desk, chair wardrobe etc. This is not a party house and is suitable for professionals. The flat is non smoking - including the balcony.

The kitchen has the usual appliances including dishwasher, washing machine etc. and leads onto a balcony. There is no communal lounge area. There is high speed WiFi, bills included (council tax, gas, elec, water, WiFi).

Ideal flatmates MUST be used to clearing up after themselves in kitchen/bathroom and be respectful of other housemates and work regular hours.

The flat is located 15 mins walk from Charlton mainline station with trains to London Bridge in 16 mins. Buses to Westminster, Woolwich (with Crossrail connections) and Lewisham stop within 2 mins of the flat. Within Charlton there are a range of supermarkets Asda, Sainsburys, M&S, Aldi and retail shops.
