We are looking for a new housemate!
The room is available early February (can be a bit flexible with the date).
The room:
• It is available for £813.71 a month, bills included (some variation due to heating can occur though very rare).
• plenty of storage, 1 large wardrobe, chest of drawers & more storage available throughout the house
• on the ground floor.


The house:
• big beautiful garden- great for barbecues!
• 3x bathrooms/toilets- bathtub available too!
• 1x spareroom also used as laundry, office or storage room
•1x living room facing the garden
•1x kitchen with anything you’d need in it. Washing machine/dryer, 2 fridges, microwave, toaster etc.
•Garden shed for extra storage with a drier.

The flatmates:
There are 5 people living here (including the new person). We all get along really well. We like to hang out, have movie nights or barbecues but also do our own thing outside of the house.

The house is big so it doesn’t feel crowded.

Looking for someone to move in at the beginning of February but can talk about being more flexible if needed!
