Double room in a large Chiswick house

Room 2

We're looking for a respectful and tidy person to join our professional houseshare in Chiswick. :)

The house is located in a very quiet area, 8 minutes' walk from the river, and 10-15 minutes' walk from both Gunnersbury tube (underground AND overground) and Chiswick Park (underground). Chiswick High Road is 15 minutes' walk away; Gunnersbury Park is 20 minutes' walk away.

You will share a very large and well-fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, 2 fridges, washing machine and dryer) with 6 others, and a bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) with 4 others (2 of the rooms in the house are ensuite). In addition, there are 2 separate toilets in the house. There are also small front and back gardens.

The available bedroom (Room 2) is on the ground floor, and comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a large chest of drawers. There is also plenty of space to add your own desk or small sofa.

We're a group of professionals who like to have a friendly chat, but generally keep ourselves to ourselves. We're looking for a friendly and mature person who will be a nice addition to our group! :)

Some details about the moving-in process:

- Room 2 is available from 23rd June.

- All bills are included in the rent, EXCEPT a one-off contribution to Council Tax of £150 (paid upon signing the contract).

- The contract will be for an initial 6 months; the last month's rent will be paid in advance upon signing the contract as a form of deposit.

- You must be in full-time employment, which will be verified with your employer by the agency.

- If you wish to take the room and initiate the referencing process, you must pay a holding deposit of 1 week's rent to secure the room.
