2 double bed, ground floor flat with sunny private garden with BBQ. Shared bathroom and living room/ kitchen. The closest tube station is Clapham North (6 min walk), with Clapham Common (12 mins) and Brixton (10 mins) nearby.

The flat is furnished (including white goods, washing machine, dishwasher), only furniture not included is a bed, but my current flatmate might be willing to sell his. The bedroom is a good size and looks out on the back garden. Recently fitted kitchen and bathroom with a nice finish. Situated on a quiet residential road, but still a stone's throw to all the shops, bars, and restaurantes in Brixton and Clapham.

Minimum tenancy will be 6 months, moving to a rolling contract with 2 month notice period. The landlord will also carry out referencing checks prior to a tenant moving in. Rent is £975 and with bills it comes to about £1100 per month.
