Room available from Jan-May / 3-5 months flexible

I am moving back home in January for 3-5 months and looking for someone to move in as my replacement. The move in date/out I am flexible to whatever works best for you, ideally Sunday 7th January- 7th May so a 4 months fixed contract. There may be an extension possible but I think I will be moving back for summer in May/June. Please do get in touch if this arrangement of a short term 3-5 month let works for you so can get a contract written up to specific dates agreed.

The flat is a ground floor 2 beds 1 bathroom and a living/kitchen area with french doors opening out into a astro garden and there is also a cellar (useful for storage). It is fully furnished, velvet ottoman bed, chest of drawers fitted wardrobe, living room has a tv, sound bar Bluetooth speaker, a very comfy sofa bed, dining room table and a kitchen kitted out with everything you need which I am leaving all my cupboards fully stocked with equipment/dinnerware.

I have been living here for 2 years and since it has been my main home I have decorated it lovely and hope whoever moves in will look after the flat with consideration. You’ll be living with my friendly housemate Mollie who is a 25 year old professional and does occasionally work from home if that was to of be an issue. She’s super lovely, easygoing and you’ll no doubt get along great :)

The flat a good location just off acre lane, on a super quiet street (no noise at night and no passing cars unless live down this road) it is a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common, 6 minutes walk to Clapham North Tube, and a frequent service Bus Stop a 3 minute walk away which gets you to Clapham Junction in 15 minutes. There is off street parking on the road, but if need parking between 830am-5pm Monday - Friday you will need a temporary permit which can be arranged.

Rent is £850 pcm and bills are £110. I have full contents insurance on the property already, no security deposit is required but will sign in the contract for any damages occurred to obviously compensate for.
