We are looking for a new girl housemate to take on a double bedroom in a cozy flat in central Clerkenwell - available now! :)

The room is furnished with double bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. Share of a well fitted kitchen and bathroom. Lots of storage, washing + drying machine.
The flat is ideally located, close to Old Street, Angel and Barbican stations, on a quiet street but close to many forms of amenities, restaurants, and cafes.

About the flatmates:


Elisa, 32 years old, Architect, originally from Brazil but living in the UK for a few years now, working from home/office nearby. Loves dogs and venturing out in London to find new places to eat/drink.

Adam, 23 year old consultant from Scotland, working nearby but works from home a few days a week. Enjoys playing and watching most sports and loves going out to catch some live music.

James, 33 yo, works with marketing/social media, from Australia, enjoys exploring London and finding different places/activities.
We would love to share the place with some like minded people. Happy to enjoy dinner or grab a drink together when we feel like it.

We're looking for a clean, considerate and friendly person to join us in this lovely flat. Preferably female, to keep the balance :)
