A big, bright ensuite double room - available from the middle of *December*. The ensuite invludes a shower, loo and vanity. The room has plenty of space for a desk, dresser, etc with space leftover for your workout equipment, sneaker collection or whatever else you need :) The flat is also spacious - a clean, calm and inviting apartment with shared kitchen, living and amazing sunny terrace, even in winter. The apartment and building have all the amenities you could need!

You: are a considerate, sociable professional who brings positive vibes :) Clean & tidy, considerate of others, active, open-minded, easy going and looking to share a connection with the people you live with rather than just sharing a front door. You have your own interests but are also up for chatting or going for a drink/meal with flatmates when it happens. Ideally also a similar age, meaning around 30+ yrs old, give or take a bit. We are looking to keep a balance in the flat with guys and girls so are open to consider both.

The room: a large double room with carpet, East facing windows - lovely and bright!

Housemates: We are a mix of professionals who do hybrid working. We do love to catch up in the living room, share a drink on the terrace (when weather permits), and otherwise keep active with our own interests, share the odd movie night, cooking or night out. We're all independent so have our own things going on but like to get along and not be strangers in our own home :) We're very respectful of weekday routines and keeping shared spaces tidy and welcoming.
