ABOUT THE HOUSE: This is a terraced house. We have a good size dining room/living room that is great for relaxing in and watching telly. We have a big main bathroom. The house features a good boiler so we have hot showers with good water pressure. The kitchen and the bathroom are a little traditional, but they get the job done and the rest of the house is really lovely. The landlord is really good at fixing things quickly. As it's a quite street we have lots of parking available if you have a car.

ABOUT THE LOCATION:
It is a great location, it is a 7 minute brisk walk to East Ham Station (District Line), so it is safe to walk home at night and well lit. It is also a very friendly and community-driven area, with plenty of local shops and eateries.

We are all women, in our early 30s. We have our own lives but like to check in with one another and socialise together, perhaps sharing a cup of coffee while watching Skybox. We want a flatmate who would like to come out to the shops occasionally or see a movie with us, but is also happy to chill and do their own thing.
