The housemates operate a cleaning rota which you would need to be willing to take part in. This is a non-smoking house (but of course it’s fine to smoke in the garden).

Flexible contract. Three months minimum stay and no maximum and only two weeks notice required.
The rent includes everything except gas and electricity which is shared between the four housemates on prepay meters. You should allow around £5 per week for this in Summer and around £10 to £15 in winter.
15 - 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus to Upton Park tube. The N15 nightbus also stops about a two minute walk from the house.
