The house is 5 mins to the river, 5 mins from good variety of shops including Waitrose and 8 mins walk to Mortlake rail station and has good bus routes. Richmond Park is a 15 minute walk away. Mortlake station is 25 mins into Waterloo with stops to Putney, Clapton Junction and Vauxhall and just 10 mins to Richmond. Trains every 15 mins.
