Looking for a double room with private pool, sauna and gym facilities? Look no further!

The room has a built in wardrobe with full-length mirrors, floor to ceiling window, large gas heater and other furnishings, which include a double bed, bedside tables and a chest of drawers.

We are three professionals in our late twenties (two female one male), who have been living in our fantastic apartment for the past 1 - 6 years. Because one flatmate is moving out to Switzerland we are looking for someone to take double room with move-in date in July 2022.

The apartment is a large, modern penthouse made up of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate large living area with an enormous balcony and a separate large modern kitchen, all newly furnished with wooden flooring. The kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, oven and electric stove. The balcony gets loads of sunlight and offers great views of the city, including the Shard and Gherkin. It also has a BBQ (for obvious reasons!) which gets plenty of use in the summer.

The place stays cool in summer thanks to thick walls and very warm through winter due to extensive gas heating throughout the apartment. Rest assured, the showers have excellent water pressure and constant hot water! The apartment also has a big TV, internet etc., and full 24/7 access to the amazing facilities and leisure centre in the apartment complex. This includes: Large heated indoor pool (pictured), Indoor Gym, Sauna, Table tennis, Private leafy courtyard, Huge rooftop area, Concierge and Door-to-door laundry service.

The location is extremely central, safe and convenient with easy access to all tube lines, including Farringdon Station across the road, Chancery Lane less than 10 mins walk, and Holborn less than 15 mins walk. There are regular buses which stop right outside the apartment complex door to everywhere in the city. The area is home to some of the best brunch spots in London and has Exmouth Market, friendly pubs, public tennis court and outdoor gym all within 5 mins walk. Angel is about 10 mins walk away as well.

We are sociable, down to earth people who love a good laugh/drink, weekend brunches, summer BBQs etc. We all work pretty hard so enjoy relaxing in good company when at home.
We are looking for somebody, preferably in their twenties, who is easy-going, tidy, and social.

Rent for the room is £1000/month + £95 council tax.
The additional total cost for bills is approx. £50-60/month and includes:
- Gas heating and hot water
- Electricity (estimate)
- Internet
- Professional Cleaner every other week
