I am looking for a nice flatmate to share a flat with. It's a lovely 3-bedroom maisonette on the high road above Starbucks (entrance is from a service road behind the high road). The location is excellent, everything
you need is on your doorstep i. e. 2min walk to tube station (Northern Line), bus stops towards Hendon, Finchley Central or to West End, coffee shops, Sainsbury's, bakery, shops, takeaways, Golders Hill park, Hampstead Heath etc.

The flat has a large kitchen (fully fitted), bathroom, separate toilet.. all to be shared with two ladies only. Everything is kept clean and this will be required from you too. There is no living room, so kitchen also serves as a place for occasional pizza + wine sharing, if you'd like. The whole flat is very quiet so if you are looking for lots of privacy, it's the right place for you.

The room is spacious, warm, very bright, half furnished, if you require additional wardrobe plenty of space to put it in. The room has also double glazed windows.

Please note there is a boiler in the storage cupboard in the room therefore occasional access to set up timing on the boiler or annual gas safety checks will be needed.

The flat is on the second floor so stairs involved plus additional stairs in the flat to the room.

Monthly rent is £800 incl. all bills.

The deposit £800 is also required.

Room is available from the 1st June.
