Kingsize room/couples welcome

Hi there!
We have a spacious double room to let. The room consists of a king size bed, large wardrobe, & two chests of drawers.

The flat has been newly refurbished with a modern kitchen, bathroom with a spacious wet room, and toilet. The kitchen is also fully equipped

There are currently two couples and a single male living in the property. All very laid back, friendly, working professionals. One of our housemates also have a gorgeous little rabbit, it is caged and very quiet so doesnt cause any discomfort to anyone. We are looking for a professional(s) aged 21+ to join us, you must be clean and tidy - as we are all very clean and take very good care of the flat.

The flat is in great location! 5 minute walk away from the vibrant Chatsworth road, with plenty of bars/restaurants. 10 minutes walk away from Homerton Station and 10 minute bus ride away from Hackney Central Overground Station, which will give you easy and quick access to the city.

We have several local shops right outside the building (post office, costcutters, chemist, laundrette, GP etc).

Rent
Couples: £830 pcm all bills inc. & Wi-Fi & cleaning service. 415 deposit + monthly rent payment upfront

Single person £630 pcm all bills inc.
£315 refundable deposit + first month's rent upfront.

We share household expenses (toilet roll, cleaning agents, litter bags etc), each of us give £5 every month towards expenses. We also have certain rules such as absolutely no smoking indoors, no shoes in the flat. Please only message if you are able to adapt to these.

Professionals aged 21+, nonsmokers (at least not indoors) preferred.
