We're looking for one professional and a couple to join me in our beautiful home who will occupy 2 Rooms plus a Bathroom for COUPLE and 2 rooms and private shower in guest
I work in media for a Sports Tv Network but my passion is in music which I vent as a drummer, producer and Dj.
Michelle is an nurse at Kings College Hospital in London.
We both are respectful adults who also enjoy sharing with friends and housemates a drink, a hike or a movie night with a take away.
About the house, the kitchen is a spacious area as it was extended with a lot of natural light and is fully equipped including a dining area. The living room is a cosy area that invites to chill out with movies or music.
There is a great garden in the back which invites for BBQs, a chill time or some outdoor exercise.
The house is located in a residential area in Hanwell. Parking is FREE in the street. We both have cars.
Rent includes the following spaces:
1 Double room
1 Single room as Office
1 private shower
One Professional to pay £660pcm + bills.
Bills are averaged as £100 per month per person and statements are available if neded which includes Sky Tv & Broadband, Council Tax, Electricity & Gas, and Water.
We are respectful, clean and laid back professionals who also enjoy to socialise or chill with a glass of wine and good food!
We would like to have new housemates who will become friends at the end!
