Situated in an old factory, this two bedroom pad with a front garden, is warm, noise free, and every room (including your ensuite) is super spacious.
It is owned by a private landlord and they're lovely, and in the 2-years i've lived here have not only maintained the property to a high standard, but are quick & easy to contact.

Your room is the largest of the two and comes either furnished or unfurnished (i am selling my bed, mattress, bed sides tables and dresser).

**The contract for this house will renew for 12months in August

About the area:
Situated 5mins walking distance between Hackney and Homerton overground stations. Also a short distance to many pubs and restaurants (your local pub 'The Plough' is 30 seconds from the front door), M&S, Sainsburys, Tesco etc

Current housemate:
Chris is 32 and works as a doctor at Homerton hospital, which means he works A LOT. Outside of work he's an active gym and techno head who is also learning how to DJ.

Ideally Chris is looking for someone to move in who has a similar lifestyle, and wouldn't mind the odd beer or dinner together.
