Double Room in HOXTON (next to Shoreditch park)

Hi Folks!

Our lovely flatmate will be leaving the flat (got stuck in Spain), therefore we're looking for a good soul to join us in Hoxton (moving date is flexible, potentially from tomorrow too). The flat is next to Shoreditch park, it is a council building in good condition!

THE FLAT

4 bedrooms (no living room) with a separate toilet and a tiny kitchen, big enough though for enjoying a dinner with few people and have a chat about the cosmo.

THE ROOM

Sunny & bright double room on the 2nd floor, it is furnished already (double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of draws) and fairly big too.

THE FLATMATES

We’re quite a chill and relaxed household and although all quite busy during week, love having the occasional dinner in the evening and a chat about our day! We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and respectful too!
There is an old cat living in the room downstairs, no worries you won't be seeing him, he is never out!
