Double Room In Our Friendly North West London Home

We are looking for a friendly, tidy person(s) to fill the vacant double room in our fantastic Kensal Rise home :)

The Room very large (5x5m approx), furnished and suitable for either a single person or couple.

We have a spacious shared lounge for relaxing after a hard day at work!

Our home has a huge kitchen with lots of facilities including; a Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer with access to plenty of Fridge/Freezer and Cupboard space. We also have a wide variety of shared kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery, blender, toaster, kettle etc...

Our home has two Bathrooms, both with showers and baths. As well as another separate downstairs toilet. Bathroom queues have never been a problem :)!

Our home has a large rear garden, this is well kept and includes a BBQ for sunny get-togethers!

Kensal Rise is a fantastic area, the house is very close to a lot of great Pubs, Bars and Restaurants, as well as shops. Transport links are also great with a Bus stop outside (Number 6 + 52 Buses), the house is also walking distance to Kensal Rise (Overground), Kensal Green (Bakerloo) and Willesden Green (Jubilee), all within Zone 2.

We live in a very friendly, considerate environment. The house is always in good shape - we have a weekly cleaning rota which helps us keep on top of things :)

The price per week includes ALL bills (including internet), it also includes shared household items (toilet paper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc).

We are all young professionals working in London, our ages range from 23 to 34. We have mixed nationalities (Belgian, Hungarian, French, English) but all speak English fluently. We have a wide variety of interests ranging from days out, quiet nights in to exploring the London nightlife!
