Bright room in a homely flat

Hello!

My current flatmate is moving home, so we’re looking for someone to take over her light and airy double room in Kentish Town/Tufnell Park.

It's a 5 minute walk to the Tufnell Park tube (northern line), just under 10 mins for Kentish Town (Northern Line closed until Summer but National rail still open) and a 10 minute walk to Gospel Oak overground. There are also 24 hour buses into central London.

The flat is on two levels and is a good size, with two bathrooms, a large bright living room with a full dining table, fully equipped kitchen and a small outdoor patio (with table, chairs and BBQ). It's in a quiet area away from the main road, but also close to the cafes and shops of Tufnell Park and Kentish Town.

The property also has an outside lockable storage unit that can fit in two bikes and shelves for extra storage. There is also car parking available.

The flat is only a 10 minute walk from Hampstead Heath, which is lovely in the sunshine! Otherwise, Highgate, Archway, Holloway and Camden are just a walk or a bus ride away.

You'd be living with me, Yvonne. I’m looking for a friendly and tidy person to join me. I’ve been living in London for around 12 years and so do have good base of friends around. I’m a big fan of the theatre and films, as well as travelling. Happy to do my own thing but also to spend time together when we're in, and would be keen to have local dinners/trips to the pub etc

I work for a Professional Service firm and go into the office about 3 times a week. There lots of space in the flat to work if you want to work from home.

The total price of £950 includes rent of £750 and bills, which come to approximately £200 a month (at the moment) each. We do currently have a cleaner fortnightly.

There is flexibility for the move date but ideally with the first two week of Feb. We deal with the letting agent, so standard references would be needed.
