Two 30-35-year-old professionals (1 female, 1 male) are looking for 2 new housemates to share a modern rented house with a garden and double driveway. The house is in great condition, with a large modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms and additional toilet, shared living room, large dining room, spare bedroom, dishwasher and washing machine. The house is less than ten minutes’ walk from a large Aldi and Sainsbury's Local, as well as Kidbrooke station which has great transport links to central London (15 minutes to London Bridge, 20 to Waterloo East and Cannon Street and 25 to Charing Cross), very close to the bus stop connecting to North Greenwich tube station (Jubilee Line) and in walking distance of the beautiful villages of Blackheath and Greenwich.

We’re laid-back and friendly, and enjoy meals and watching TV together, but also like our own space to work or relax in the evenings. We’re looking for 2 friendly, clean housemates to join our group.

We have 2 double bedrooms going for £625 pcm each (excluding bills). Bills average around £200 per month in the current climate but include high-speed broadband and a cleaner, as well as all utilities.

One room is a large part-furnished double facing the main road and overlooking playing fields. The furniture included with this room is a large double wardrobe with mirrors, which provides excellent storage and adds to the size of the room with large mirrored doors, and a king-sized bed frame. The other is a large, unfurnished double looking out onto the back garden.
