You'll love my home because of the easy commute, modern interior, quiet building and lovely balcony with sofa which overlooks our communal garden, trees, a river and view of Canary Wharf in the distance.

My place is I min walk to Ladywell station (London Bridge direct 9 mins, Waterloo 14 mins and Charing Cross 19 mins)
Lewisham DLR is a 3 min train stop away or a 10 min walk. There are also plenty of buses from nearby bus stops.

Ladywell is a quaint village with great amenities, boulangerie, Mama Dough Pizza, cafe Oscars, Post office, deli, dry cleaners etc.
My flat is literally over the road from Ladywell Fields and a few mins walk to Hilly Fields.
Lewisham Hospital is less than 5 mins walk away via the park.

I have a double room to rent in my 2 bed apartment all newly decorated and very clean.
The room is stylish, has a comfy double bed and with a lovely ensuite.
There is a 42 inch tv in the bedroom..

I'm looking. for a Monday to Friday flatmate ideally but some weekends can be negotiable. There is limited storage available therefore best suited to someone not moving in with all their worldly possessions and simply using it for mid week work with main residence somewhere else .

I'm a professional woman, looking to share my home with someone friendly, respectful and considerate. I am a happy and positive person who loves life. I enjoy cooking, socialising and the gym.

The rent includes all bills inc wifi.
