We are a family made up of Mum and two children (8 and 10). Children live in the property half the time as spend the rest of the time with their Dad.
The home has lots of space - large kitchen/dining room, living room and small garden. You will be on the top floor of the house with exclusive use of the en-suite toilet/shower. Me and the children will use the lower floors and we will share the ground floor living space.
Location is great - v close to Leyton tube and Stratford, with the Olympic Park and Westfield a short walk away.
I am a professional working full-time. I have an active social life with and without my children. Would like someone to move in who is comfortable sharing the space with me and the kids at times, but also will benefit from living in a beautiful, calm spacious house when the kids aren't there!
