A good sized double room available in a friendly, homely & clean 4 bedroom garden terrace house in Leytonstone with a shared living room, modern kitchen, garden and all importantly plenty of toilet facilities and magic washing/drying machines!

Current housemates include 3 people (2 female & 1 male) between 29-36 working and studying across retail, charity, arts. It's not a party house but we are all sociable. Ideally looking for someone who is respectful, independent, easy to get on with and wants a similar social vibe.

House is based in a quiet residential area in Leytonstone just a short walk to either Olympic Park or the terrific Wanstead Flats & Epping Forest...so is great for walking, cycling, running. We are a short walk or 10 min bus route to Leyton (Central) & Stratford (Central, Jubilee Lines, DLR, Overground), Maryland and Leytonstone High Road rail stations. Parking can also be available at the front of the house on permit.

Rooms come fully furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, desks, lights etc. The rent is inclusive of all bills including a cleaner, broadband etc (see below).
