Great double room in lovely 2-bed flat

The flat:

The room for let is a well-presented double bedroom in a lovely 2-bed flat overlooking the canal. There's an open plan kitchen and living room with lots of natural light and a big balcony.

There's a community courtyard and secure bike storage in the building. We're right by the canal and the flat has great transport links to different parts of London. The flat is privately owned by very nice landlords with no silly agency fees.

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for a female tenant between 25-35 years old. We are hoping for someone easy going and kind who is used to sharing their space. The flat is a peaceful, friendly environment and I'd love someone who want to contribute to making it feel like a home. If you're vegetarian/vegan, that would be a big bonus as I'd love to live with a fellow veggie!

The flat is of course LGBT+ friendly. Single renters only, no couples and no pets unfortunately. You must be a professional and not a student due to council tax. Bills are not included in the monthly rent - you should budget for around £120 per month in bills and council tax.
