All housemates are extremely friendly, polite, relaxed individuals whom I find all interaction with very pleasant. Anyone unfamiliar to London/east would find them very welcoming (just come and meet them).

Looking for mature, considerate and clean tenant. would be great to find long term tenants but not essential.
