We're looking to sublet my housemate's double room while she stays in Japan with her family.
The room is a double in a 4-bed house. Room has a double size bed with pretty comfy mattress and built in storage.
There are 2 cats and 2 guinea pigs so pets lovers preferable :)
House has a conservatory and a living room. There is washing machine and clothes dryer machine. Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Toilet and bathroom are separate.
There is also lovely big garden although it's not really a garden season :)
Room is free between now and 14th Jan. Price is £480 per month (bills Inc). I'm also open for discussions.
