Double Room to rent for Hi we are 4 months . We are 4 professionals living in a two floor Victorian House. The house has 2 toilets and 1 bathroom, massive kitchen with washing machine and dryer. The house is quite big but most important we all have different schedules so the house is always supper quiet. We are renting the biggest room in the house, which has just been painted . The house is just 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from Streatham Hill and within 20 minutes you are in central London . Less than 5 minutes walking distance we have Sainsbury and Lidl also within walking distance we have great variety of restaurants and cafes which I highly recommend having breakfast. We are renting the room for £550 a month including :Bills, Internet & Cleaner. We are are very easy going , and respectful to each other. We are looking for someone mature, who is easy going and bring a great energy to the house.
