The double bedroom has ample storage space and opens onto a second balcony. The bedroom also a large desk in it in case you need to work from home a few days a week.

The room is currently available - for the right person. The room can be rented for a minimum of 5 months, with the option to extend for up to a year. If you'd like to do a Skype call / google hangout to see the flat, we could set this up.

Maida Vale. The apartment is an 8 minute walk to Warwick Avenue tube station (Bakerloo line) and an 8 minute walk to Royal Oak tube station (Circle line, Hammersmith and City line). Quick access to the gorgeous canals of Little Venice and an easy walk into Notting Hill. Hyde Park is a short run away. The neighborhood is safe and friendly with lots of bars, quirky british pubs and and cafes.
