Heya!
My flatmate has left our flat so I'm looking for someone to take over her contract asap Please note this is a year contract so short term cannot be considered :)
It is a 2 bedroom flat by Muswell Hill Broadway, it's very quiet and just in front of Alexandra Park. The room is a double bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes. There is a living room, bathroom with bath/shower and a separated kitchen.
It's such a nice and cosy flat and it is close to everything - Wetherspoon and other nice pubs, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Mark and Spencer, there's a lot of charity shops and many other shops. There's lot of parks and woods around if you enjoy outdoor activities.
Rent is £650 per month and does not include bills. Bills are Electricity, gas, water, council tax and WIFI. In total it should not exceed £850 per month.
Bus 144 and W7 are just in front of our flat. The 144 will take you to Wood Green for shopping and W7 will take you to Crouch End and Finsbury Park. 2min away you have 102 to Brent cross and 134, 43 to take you to Highgate station.
About myself - I'm a 29 years old professional and I work from home most of the time. I'm pretty easy going and looking for someone chill, clean and tidy who enjoy sharing a glass of wine, netflix evenings but also know how to respect each others space. I have a cat so pet friendly is essential :)
