After five years, I am leaving my beloved room in Queen’s Park and looking for the ideal person to take my place in this lovely ground floor flat with rear private garden.

The property is on the ground floor and the room that is becoming available is the largest of the three. It is a double for single use and comes furnished with double bed, huge wardrobe, bookshelf and desk (can be removed if not wanted) and bedside table. The flat comes with a large kitchen area and a lovely garden space at the back. Bathroom and kitchen are only shared with the two current flat mates.

The flat is located at 10 minutes walking distance from Queen’s Park and Kensal Green stations (bakerloo line and overground) and 5 minutes walking from Kensal Rise overground station. Other amenities include large Sainsbury’s supermarket (10 bus ride), a number of local gyms and all the bars and restaurants you can think of. Not to mention the park itself, ideal place for a walk and picnics in the summer.

The current flat mates are two dear friends: quiet, professional, hard working and tidy. They are always there for a chat when you need to!
