With 5 rooms, it could be a recipe for disaster but with two bathrooms, a weekly cleaner for the communal areas, plus a dishwasher, this is pretty much a perfect flat share.

The house is really well situated, only a 10/15 minute walk from Jubilee, Metropolitan, Bakerloo lines, and Overground and Thameslink too!

Good sized bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, and plenty of storage. Some furniture has been added, but happy to discuss these remaining if needed! The room has great high ceilings, two huge cupboards above the bed for storage, and plenty of room for a desk or work station.

The living room is open plan with a clean and very functional kitchen. It opens up to a lovely garden which is perfect when the sun shines! We recently upgraded our garden with lots of solar lights, flowerpots and brand new furniture, which includes table, chairs and a parasol.

The flatmates are friendly, we enjoy catching up with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Weekends are hectic, but when we can we enjoy a night out/in. During lock down we actually had lot of fun, cooked together, played games and have karaoke nights.

We are a range of ages (average age 30) and nationalities. This is a perfect flat for someone who has an existing network of friends but values having a clean, easy and social home to relax in.

Bills are included in the cost, although cleaner and wifi is an extra £30 a month approx.

We are looking for someone to move in ASAP, so happy to be flexible with moving dates.
