Lovely double room & own bathroom in family house

We are looking for a lodger for a double room in our lovely family house near Tooting Bec and Tooting Common. We have had a fantastic lodger for 2 years who is moving home. The house is a large Victorian 4 storey house, the room being on the top floor with it's own bathroom (freestanding bath, separate shower). The only other room on the top floor is a spare room so it is quite private.

We have 2 children, aged 7 and 5. The kids are excellent sleepers so no fear of being kept awake at night!

The kitchen and garden are shared spaces with us, with space in cupboards and fridge for food, etc.

We are a very laid back family - easy going and not intrusive. The room and bathroom would be your personal space. The rent includes a cleaner once a week.

The house is beautiful, modern and clean. We ask that the lodger babysit for us once a week (booked in advance with notice) in return for the fairly cheap rent for the room. Any questions please ask.
